I finally, after so much necessary ground preparation, get round to planting up my flower bed. I also put in a lot of allium and tulip bulbs. The weather helps too by sending gentle rain during the night. I am glad to have finished this task as it is supposed to get a lot colder during next week. I've also planted a couple of rows narcissus along with the vegetables so I can have cut flowers for the spring. While putting these in I notice that the seed leaves of the winter salad have also come though.
