We finally have suitable weather to try and wrestle the hedging out of the ground. It was heeled in at the end of our planting last year while we decided where to put it. There are around 40 plants which need to be re-located and they had to wait for the cables etc to come down before we could do it.
We got two sections planted and were then distracted by the urgent need to prune part of another hedge before the final lot can go in at the bottom of the garden. The sunshine is glorious and we sit outside for our lunch which is celebratory pizza and cider/beer!
