To keep sane with this project we need to remind ourselves just how much has been achieved. A year ago we were re-laying the floor tiles, putting in the pipes for the ground source heating, planting out the apple trees and unpacking the kitchen units. Cooking here still involved the microwave and Tesco's ready meals.
