Dave doubled up as photographer during our evening meal as the group of Chinese women on the next table were keen for their evening to be very fully documented! I also recorded my choices for posterity: 'Waldorf Salad' (their quotation marks) featured a celery panacotta! Then lamb on puy lentils. Dessert was a rich baked custard with plums and was definitely my favourite course.
