We were lent a very large rug for the guest bedroom as it still just has the lime ash floor. Today I spent all day moving paint tins and tools out of this room and finally after supper we unrolled the carpet - I just couldn't believe that it matched my curtains so perfectly. I could have searched for years without finding something so good. It suddenly makes the room look furnished.
