This is a very exciting day that at times felt as if it would never come. We arrive on site at 9.30 to find all the screed has been barrowed inside and the process of tamping it down is underway. We had hoped to complete this task before the Christmas break but just ran out of time. There is a purposeful team of five working on the job. As the saying goes 'many hands make light work', well it doesn't look like light work, but many hands make it manageable. We leave them to it and go to visit the ground source heating company to finalise our ideas over this.
