Oh dear I seem to be playing 'catch up' again with the blog. Recently there have been lots of things to do both at home and outside and finding time to go online has slipped down the task list! Today Joe was unexpectedly home for supper and so I created a chicken and mushroom pie which was suitably autumnal! I've done a lot of cooking this week as it was my turn to act as hostess for our WI meeting which meant baking plenty of cake (and sausage rolls!) and tomorrow the Bishop is coming to our church and so more baking is required!
