The New Year for us dawned unseasonably mild but also very dull and drizzly. When I went to bed at 9pm it was a ridiculous 13 degrees C. This photo was take on the 2nd when we had clear skies again. The snow has gone all in a rush. We had smoked salmon blinis and spiced apple juice to celebrate the start of 2015. Dave and I sat in the large bathroom to watch fireworks in the distance (strange I know but it has the best view of habitation!)
