Breakfast

I was in the garden early to pick fresh plums, raspberries and blackberries for the 'seasonal fruit'.

Hill Farm Breakfast Menu

Orange or pink grapefruit juice

Corn flakes or Muesli
Yeo Valley organic yoghurt
(natural, strawberry or raspberry)
 and homemade Granola
Seasonal fruit

Full Traditional English Breakfast using the best local produce
from Derbyshire and Staffordshire:

Free range eggs, local pork sausage, smoked back bacon, mushrooms, roast tomatoes and baked beans
all served on a Staffordshire oatcake* so you can eat like a local!

If you fancy a lighter or vegetarian option just select
your own combinations from the above.

Homemade bread available toasted and served with marmalade, jam, honey
or Marmite (produced just down the road in Burton upon Trent)

Fairtrade drinks including:
Fresh coffee (full strength or decaffeinated)
English Breakfast, Ceylon, Assam, Earl Grey or Lady Grey Tea

*Staffordshire Oatcakes are a regional delicacy rather like a pancake or crepe.
