Orange slices

Inspired by my 'Christmas Star' I plan to make a holly wreath this year. Horrified by the price of orange slices spotted in a shop I looked on the internet and made my own. Just two (slightly past their best) oranges gave me lots of slices and I was impressed at how easy they were to do. Slice, blot dry with kitchen towel and put on a cooling tray in the oven at 100 degrees C or less for 3 hours, turning every hour. Leave in oven once you've turned it off to cool.
