Almost Tom's favourite meal at Christmas time is our turkey curry. Throughout the year I cook quite a lot of curry, carefully roasting and grinding the spices and creating my own curry pastes. Our Christmas version though comes from Delia and is very old fashioned using curry powder, ground ginger and chicken stock and it gets followed to the letter!
