Yum yum

I bought a couple of boxes of cheap raspberries sold for jam and was delighted to make half a dozen pots of raspberry conserve (a soft set which is briefly cooked to retain the fresh raspberry flavour). I used some of it tonight to make a Bakewell tart and it was delicious, much less pippy that the seeds visible in the jar led me to believe.
