There was method in my cleaning madness as we were able to enjoy the nicely polished knives and forks during our celebratory supper. Clare kindly cooked us steak and ale pie followed by chocolate cake. The men folk seemed otherwise engaged watching football but it was lovely to have both boys around for my special day.
