Last night until late and again today the tractors have been busy travelling up and down our lane. The farmer who owns the fields next to ours is cutting his grass. Previously he's made hay but this year it's being turned into silage and hence 'operation grass removal'! We had a good church service this morning with all seven of the churches in our benefice meeting here at St Peter's. Luckily I managed to get down the hill without meeting any trailers as there isn't much spare room to squeeze in!
